Nearly every morning Shena Hardin would take a little detour to avoid a school bus picking up children. When faced with flashing school bus lights, Hardin simply veered onto the sidewalk, passing within inches of the door of a childcare center, to get to where she was going quickly.

Determined to put a stop to the reckless behavior he witnessed on a routine basis, school bus driver Uriah Herron filmed Hardin one morning and gave it to police. Hardin was then charged with not stopping for a school bus and reckless driving.
