It’s pretty established now that Captain Capitalist beat a seemingly comatose Obama in last night’s first debate. Romney appeared to have completely altered all of the lies he carefully crafted in order to woo the mental patient teabaggers during the Primary, and created a whole new slew of lies that put him right in the center. In fact, many sites actually offered live fact-check streams and Think Progress counted a total of 27 myths (that’s all?) told by Romney in 38 minutes. The RNC must have given Romney’s technology an upgrade because he was in hyper-drive, voraciously going after a way too professorial and meek President Obama.
