COMPLAIN — AND DON’T BE FOBBED OFF
It doesn’t matter if it’s shocking customer service, a dud account or an investment you feel was mis-sold, the only way to get even is to complain. And do so with conviction.
Be clear about why you are complaining and what you want. Do you want them to reverse an earlier decision, swap you into a different account or pay compensation?
In the first instance, phone the bank’s customer services or visit a branch.
