So, imagine you’re Lynn Frazier. You have found yourself unemployed and without insurance for the first time in over a decade. You are also a republican. You attend Thursday night’s Florida GOP Primary Debate and you get to ask the following question:
“I’m currently unemployed and I’ve found myself unemployed for the first time in ten years, and unable to afford health care benefits. What kind of hope can you promise me and others in my position?”

What they offered her is the you’re “on your own” health care plan. Well, you and the “people first” insurance companies waiting to service you. Yes, each candidate suggested that their method would reduce costs–in ways that were not unique, or untried and shown as insufficient, or debunked by experts–but they all skipped over the essential point of her question: That “unemployed” part. Oh, each of them did suggest that the best thing would be to get the economy going and get her back to work so she could afford insurance, but what about right now?

None of them answered her question. They talk so long that it is really hard to grasp exactly what they are saying. And, she applauds their non-answers. Another case of people that continue to VOTE against their own and others interests. This is exactly HOW Congress got Republican control, and we are where we are because of it. This country is going backwards because of people like her who don't educate themselves on how things work and let these Republican candidates snowball them.

Which must be the saddest thing for the future of America!
