Well murder is a crime always against non consenting individuals, and there are millions of untreated mentally ill ...they usually are detained to protect them from themselves or others, they are not capable of consent for the most part at that point. There are billions of chemical reactions that occur throughout life particularly early development a little more estrogen here a little more testosterone there in a specific sequence can give a person a proclivity to prefer members of their own sex...we were ALL females in the fetus at one point...assuming you are a man and I use that term loosely, you know that line running down your yamsack? That used to be your vagina... thats why we have gay people transgendered , intersexed and non sexed people, and thats why females could be born into a male body and vice versa.
